Our Quality Standards
-The Home Care Agency must have a Business license and any necessary state licensure
-The Home Care Agency is responsible for paying all employee payroll taxes
-Agencies must provide Worker’s Compensation Insurance
-Agencies must provide us with a certificate showing Professional Liability Insurance coverage
-Agencies must possess Fidelity Bond Insurance
-A Director of Nursing must be on staff to supervise active caregivers
-A Patient Plan of Care must be in place for each patient the Agency is providing care to
-The Home Care agency must perform Criminal Background Checks on all Employees
-The Home Care agency must have a 24-Hour On-Call Service
-Complete and submit the National Homecare Network provider application
-Provide evidence of proper licensure and/or certification required to conduct business
-Provide evidence of General Liability and Medical Malpractice Insurance, if applicable;
-Provide names and contact information of references if required by The National Homecare Network
-Authorize National Homecare Network to conduct background checks
-Accept our Active Provider terms within the National Homecare Network Provider Agreement
National Homecare Network reserves the right to deny participation for any provider who: (a) fails to provide The National Homecare Network with satisfactory evidence of any of the required information referenced above, or (b) is discovered through the reference and/or background checks referenced above to have a record that would (in the sole judgment of The National Homecare Network) place The National Homecare Network at risk by referring consumers to said provider.
